BPO’s can be very mysterious. For example this 2b 2 b condo with 1027′ of living space and the HUGEST views came out as an REO with a price tag of $379,900. This seems a very low price tag for such a great little complex with such gigantic views.

Of course even though the status still shows as ACTIVE, there are multiple offers on the property and for well over asking. The seller who lost the property bought it for $660,000 in 2006.  I’m not sure what the offers look like and how strong they are, but an all cash buyer should jump at this pearl. It is perfect for leasing out, it’s in good shape and I think it should hold its’ value. I’ll be watching to see where it lands…..
